EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS: With a Real Estate background that spans 13 years in 4 states, we have managed properties for 12 years including Single Family Residences, Multifamily, Restaurant and Retail. Certifications include: Certified Property Manager, REALTOR (MLS), Equity Marketing Specialist, e-Pro and have listed and sold Short Sales and REOs for the past 4 years in northern Nevada. We have implemented the following tools to aid other investors: Cash for Keys, HAFA, HAMP, Grants, Federal and local Credits & subsidies, Rural loan guidelines & assistance (USDA/FHA 203K) to help buyers in qualifying to purchase, and creative finance structures to get deals closed.

PROPERTY PRESERVATION: As a Certified Property Manager we have established relationships and advantageous pre-negotiated rates with a list of local contractors for complete property repairs, cleaning, and maintenance, and can resolve property issues in a cost efficient and timely manner. We also have standing order accounts with local utilities and can have them turned on or converted as quickly as possible.
